Unannounced Testing/Drills

The Taichung City Environmental Protection Bureau conducted an on-site unannounced inspection and functionality test of the Toxic Disaster Joint Prevention Organization (Group B02203) at the University.

On Thursday, May 30, 2024, our university cooperated with the Taichung City Government Environmental Protection Bureau to conduct a functionality check and unannounced on-site test of the Toxic Disaster Joint Prevention Organization (Group B02203). Details of the related results are as follows:

  1. The Taichung City Government Environmental Protection Bureau scheduled an unannounced test of the Toxic Disaster Joint Defense Organization (Group B02203) at our school (Registration Number: B2101682) on May 30, 2024 (Thursday) at 2:00 PM. The test was conducted in Room C405 of the Chemical Materials Building on the 4th floor.

  2. Participants in this unannounced test included:

    (1) Department of Chemical Engineering.

    (2) Certain members of the regional operation attribute joint prevention organization (Group B02203) of the Toxic Disaster Joint Prevention Organization, who arrived immediately after receiving notification to provide support:

    A. Chung Shan Medical University Foundation provided one set of C-level protective clothing and one box of absorbent pads.
    B. China Medical University Foundation provided one set of C-level protective clothing and one box of absorbent pads.
    C. Tangting Inspection Technology Co., Ltd. provided one set of C-level protective clothing and one box of absorbent pads.

  3. The functional evaluation and unannounced test of the Toxic Disaster Joint Defense Organization (Group B02203) were successfully completed. Photos of the related outcomes have been posted in the event results section of the Environmental Safety Center's website.
