According to Article 32 of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act and Article 4, Item 8 of our school's Regulations for the Use and Storage of Chemical Substances in Laboratories:
In the event of an incident affecting the operational area, the person in charge must report it to the Environmental Protection Bureau's duty center at (04)2328-0380 within 30 minutes. Failure to report will result in a fine ranging from one million to five million NTD.
Don't forget to record the reporting time when you make the report!
