1.Authorization Method and Scope:
To facilitate widespread use of website data, all information and materials published on the 'National Chung Hsing University Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety Center' website, within the scope of copyright protection, are provided to the public free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, and may be further sublicensed. Users are granted the right to reproduce, modify, edit, publicly transmit, or utilize in other ways without restrictions on time and location, to develop various products or services (referred to as derivative works). This authorization will not be revoked subsequently, and users do not need to obtain written or other authorization from our institution. However, attribution should be given when using the content.

2.Additional Information:
(1) This authorization only covers the scope of copyright protection and does not extend to other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and the provision of organizational logos.
(2) Users must independently plan and implement measures required by the Personal Data Protection Act regarding whether personal data that individuals voluntarily disclose or are legally obliged to disclose can be collected, processed, and used.
(3) Special permission is required for certain audio, video, images, musical scores, individually authored articles, or other works, as explicitly stated by the institution.

3.Note: Users should be aware not to infringe upon the moral rights of third parties (including the right to attribution and the right to prohibit improper modifications).

4.Disclaimer: The use of data and materials provided under this authorization should not maliciously alter related information. If the displayed information after use does not match the original data and materials, users are solely responsible for civil and criminal legal consequences.

5.Recognition: This authorization does not grant users the status of representing, endorsing, or approving derivative works on behalf of the institution.
