In accordance with Item 7 of the Management Guidelines for Regulated Toxic Chemicals and their Operations: Operators of toxic chemicals should manage them properly and ensure that there is no shortage.
According to Item 8 of the Management Guidelines for Regulated Toxic Chemicals and their Operations: Storage of toxic chemicals should be done using sealed and sturdy containers and packaging that do not emit or leak. They should be kept in a cool and dry place, and there should be a designated person to manage the storage facility.
As per the environmental protection bureau's audit requirements, storage of toxic substances should be in dedicated cabinets, separate from other chemicals, to prevent potential contamination in case of incidents. Additionally, these cabinets must be securely locked.

Therefore, regulated toxic substances must be stored in dedicated cabinets and managed with locking mechanisms.
