According to the "Regulations on the Labeling and General Rules for Hazardous Chemicals," Article 2 defines chemicals with hazardous properties (hereinafter referred to as hazardous chemicals) as substances falling into the following categories:
- Hazardous Substances: Those classified according to the national standard CNS15030, possessing physical hazards.
- Harmful Substances: Those classified according to the national standard CNS15030, posing health hazards.
The primary language for GHS labeling is Chinese. If necessary, it may be supplemented with foreign languages understandable by the workers.
